The results for Eshkol Ha’zahav 2013 are in and Tabor Winery continues to strike gold.
Held in Tel Aviv, the 11th annual Eshkol Ha’zahav is Israel’s top wine competition. This year’s competition saw entries from 54 wineries totaling 236 wines. The 30 person panel of judges was comprised of sommeliers, wine critics and journalist. Tabor winning 3 gold medals and 2 bronze medals.
Recently Tabor Winery has been highly acclaimed and awarded many medals in wine competitions. In March, at the Best Value 2013 wine competition, Tabor took home 4 gold, 2 silver and 3 bronze medals, including the Adama Cabernet Sauvignon Terra Rossa which won gold medal for best Cabernet Sauvignon.
